I wouldn’t say no to CC-5 (the Lexington-class Constitution) at tier VII, though. I’ve always felt that Constellation was a bit shoe-horned into tier VIII to fill the gap left by the recently-removed Massachusetts. I would like to see a more modest modernization without some of the bells and whistles WG tacked on to make her competitive at the tier, mainly the radar and torpedoes (which really don’t make sense on a Lexington-class given that the USN moved away from torpedo armament on their larger fleet units in the 1930s).

- Mogador '42 (basically Mogador that we have in the game but 1 of her rear main turrets are missing, with a couple of twin 37mm AA mounts in its place, I would like to see this at tier 8 with Aigle's consumables)

- HMNZS Bellona, Royalist or Black Prince (3 ships from the Bellona class otherwise known as "improved Didos" that where transferred to the Royal New Zealand Navy)

IJN Shigure with Tameichi Hara....it's a crime they haven't done this yet.

Just give it a normal 30 sec reload instead of 25 like KGV, and maybe a little less HP to match T6 standards, and you are good. Remember now it would only have 10X 356MM guns. This isn't a Musashi type situation where the gun caliber is unequaled at the tier (other nations have 380-410 so 356 is pretty tame) or that it has a huge gun number advantage. Even armor wise a POW added like KGV is would not be OP at T6 as the armor (for in game comparison) is average with the standard 26MM plate for T6/T7.

KGV at T7 is far from OP and POW at T6 with some very small nerfs would fit just fine. As said above it could go at T8 too if it got a fantasy AA refit and smoke (like it used IRL to disengage from Bismarck).  

I wouldn't say KGV is far from OP at her tier. She has very strong HE on a fairly fast reload for the tier, she definitely is up there with the strongest T7. battleships. Sure her plating isn't the best, but she has an enhanced heal to make up for it, and it's not as if none of the other T7 BBs don't have the same issue (even Sinop's deck is still 25mm). Most of her weaknesses are shared with other battleships at the tier and she can deal with pushes from the enemy team. I enjoy playing her more than sinop tbh.
Now a T8 KGV with enhanced armour and AA, I would get in a heartbeat.
