WOWS Twitch wouldn't allow Drops

The issued seemed to be resolved around 1pm EST, an hour or so after the stream started ... it was ridiculous that they kept blaming Twitch when the other (non-official) streams were all giving drops.

Perhaps because they got sick and tired of trolls spamming the obvious?

Obvious?  Let's see....WG hosts a sales and marketing event with customer rewards/incentives and then, fails to provide those "incentives" and then, when asked what the heck is going on, customer's get silenced.

What does that say???    Third world service is what it says......and, I was going to buy some dubs today - not now !  Their loss.

Yep, and this is the interesting problem with WGs view that everything is the customers fault...

...eventually people just form the opinion that WG is less than trustworthy and determined to give the least value in exchange for anything possible.

And now, no matter what WG staff say...we all look at the ACTIONS and doubt the words.

I logged into the EU stream at 11am CST and then went back to bed. When I woke up, had two of the drops and like 90% on the third. I left the computer on while doing my routine and got the third drop. Logged into the game and all the drops showed up normally. Must have been just an NA CC stream problem.

Still shilling Ensign

Well... nope. You see, shills are doing it for.... "something to gain ". He is sincere and upfront, he views things from the "human"and "equity" perspectives, even if in this case , IMHO, is quite misplaced. He has no "allegiance" and shills do have that.

I didn't "called him out", I just simply pointed out that Wedgie has all the powers and we have none, other than our voices.

I swear, WG staff sometimes make the most shortsighted decisions.

Not short sighted, more like unprofessional and untrained.

I'm a glorified T2 techie. I'm still getting top training in customer handling and deescalation. Because being in MedTech, means you will have a doctor scream at you, because they have a patient and nothing is working (because they clicked buttons the day before).

If I behaved like WG CMs I would be be written up and let go years ago. And as I said, I'm not a frontline customer facing employee, I handle escalations.

I tried to explain that very principle to them before and they, simply don't get it....

They're getting different training, meetings, leadership pressures, incentives and etc. & etc.

I don't recall anyone here asking/requiring you to respect WG/WOWs staff/employees.  That's your decision.
I'm certain that you're intelligent enough to know that visiting this forum to vent and/or complain is not the same as creating a Customer Service ticket in-game.

I admit I don't even know if there is a customer service ticket process for Twtich.
I reckon Twich has terms of service, somewhere, eh?

Well, with a quick internet search, I found these pages.

Yeah the post-socialist ones:

1. Keep the party line at all cost

2. Keep the party from getting blamed for any BS that happens

3.  Keep the immediate boss from responsibility for any BS that happens

4. Blame the end user or some other entity if the previous is not possible

5. Never admit that there is something wrong in the system, system is perfect if an individual is not happy in it the individual is in wrong
