MidnightPhoenix07 Posted July 21 Share Posted July 21 IIRC the inner is what it spawns directly in front of the squadron’s expected/predicted location, and the outer it spawns further toward the side of the attacking squadron. https://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Ship:Anti-Aircraft_Fire#Flak Most of the flak is concentrated in front of where the aiming system thinks the planes are going to end up, but it will spawn some (depending on the ship) toward the side for planes that dodge.
