SoshiSone
I never thought about this until it happened to me today. I have Cunningham captain with ability to get one extra heal if you kill two ships. I had just used up my last heal. It ticked down to zero as it applied the heal points, leaving the heal icon vacant (none left). Once there, there is no cooldown timer for the next heal as there is no next heal. Just a vacant icon. A few seconds after getting the vacant icon, I get my second kill and another heal. There is no cooldown countdown, and it can be used immediately. Just the right timing to get back to back heals. 2

tocqueville8
Yup. Fairly sure it's the same if you cross 2M potential and have IRPR.
