Frostbow Posted June 25 Share Posted June 25 The First Progression Line of Event Pass 13.5 offers a free Distant Voyages Premium Container at Level 10, and at Level 16. The Level 10 container brought with it the permanent camouflage for the Petropavlovsk. The Level 16 container brought with it another permanent camouflage, this time the Victory Banner for the Tier VIII Kiev. I think this was first offered in Update 8.3, way back in 2019, when the Soviet BB line was introduced. If I remember it correctly, the method then was for one to first earn tokens and then choose to convert the earned tokens for the permanent camouflage. I was a very new player that time, had no Premium Account, no Tier V or higher ship, and was playing once or twice a month. I also had no money to spend for Wargaming. Well, I’ll gladly take the battleship or destroyer camos if you drop them. Just send them my way and I’ll be sure to put them to good use.
