The useful aspect of fat cruisers and petroline is that they create a real crossfire with battleships, instead of doing nothing at all. While Alaska is easy to farm she can still slap around quite a lot with the AP. Riga trades that slightly, gets burned less but slapped around a bit still. RIGA My least favourite part about the ship, was dispersion. I have managed to rectify that situation with my quite interesting build. This build is not advised but I really enjoyed the game I had with it. I'll play with it a bit more and hopefully finish tweaking it to have a final build.
