I_cant_Swim_
Folks, we've started a test phase (effective immediately, ends October 1st, 2023) for the use of Signatures. Please be sure that any text within complies with Forum Rules, and avoid overly large sigs. At the end of the test phase we'll evaluate the usage and decide on its permanency.
AdmiralThunder
If you want to add a signature do the following... Click on your username in the upper right hand corner Select Account Settings (it is not under profile) Signature option is on the bottom of the list to the left Note - it is limited on the size and # of lines, how many links you can use, etc... Also, be advised, an image uploaded to the site and then inserted apparently counts as a link in the signature. So, if you want a real link + an image you can't do it; you will get an error when you hit save. One or the other.
I_cant_Swim_
Thanks for that, @AdmiralThunder. The restrictions on sigs for members are as follows: 1 image, max 500x200 px. 1 link 4 lines of text. Do note, though, that these values may change until the end of the test phase. It would only let me do the link -OR- use the image. I couldn't do both with my signature as is just fyi.

So I guess that isn't a bug, but a feature... I'll make a query in the admin forum, to be sure

Efros
couldn't get my old one from the old forums so had to steal a new one.
Admiral_Karasu
HTML code allows you to set a link to an image, but I can't remember the exact format any more... need to use Guuguru... mind you, I don't know if you can insert HTML code into the signature, I think on the old forums this was possible. https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_links_image https://pagedart.com/blog/linking-images-in-html/
