It's a Don Mclean song Vincent but I don't know it and had to look it up.

Look at his discography and you will find the one I am looking for. He only had about four hit songs. Listen to it and see if my image comes close.

This is the original of the song about him, sung but one of the singwriters.

That's a song I've heard countless times, but never had any clue about its background.

OK, not to drag it out any longer, this was the song I was looking for.

Don't know that one either.

Me neither, at least I have no recollection of hearing it.

OK, how about this one? The singer has been mentioned in this thread numerous times.

Let's see if you got it right, I'm having hard time spotting Meat Loaf in that car.

Back when I was living in a city in the early 80s, they were playing this song all the time on the radio. I don't like cities all that much, though I've worked in a couple of good-sized ones. It's an interesting experience though, especially if you are working on the fire department as a paramedic.

This is the 80s original. Meat Loaf strained his voice touring "Bat out of Hell" so Steinman recorded what would have been “Renegade Angel” himself and with other singers and released it as “Bad For Good” in 1981.

Meat Loaf's version.

If you didn't get that right, you can always join me in the Clueless Club.

OK, this one may be a little bit harder. A song by one of the most well-known groups in rock and roll history.

@thornzero Why don't you have a go, this one seems ... one of those easy ones.

I don't think I know this one.

The invitation to the club is still open...

I got nothing too, the problem with rock and roll is it that it spans decades so there are many well-known groups. What I'm sort of getting is 80s vibes, though.

Overall, there's a bit of a problem here because people from different countries and of different ages have heard different songs, or the same songs but maybe not so often, and they've also heard songs that nobody else has heard.

I'll post something too, could be easy, or might not be. Depending. This is based on the lyrics and how I interpreted the situation in the song. There are many versions, I've staged this for the 50s version. The original is from 1931.

@thornzero

What is probably the most famous song in Rock and Roll history about a girl, sung by one of the most famous groups in rock and roll history?

When you put it like that, all songs about girls disappear from my mind, complete blank again.

Nice try, but the wrong group, and the wrong song. Actually, what I've mostly heard I think is the version by a well known actress whose name is the opposite of what you have in my clue pictures.

Just start going down the alphabet of girl's names and you will soon hit it. I'm talking Western names here, so no Anastasia's or Aiko's.

Dang!

What can I think of... Mona Lisa, probably not. Brigitte Bardot... but probably no famous group there.

So I'm gonna try this one.
