Guess the movie quote from an AI rendition

Hmm... A girl planning to do some freight train hopping, apparently, a female singer in a smoky music club/bar, and a street view in.. Korea?

How to put that together, though, that is the question...

Actually, seems what I needed was the key word, and having 'processed' this a little, I was able to produce it based on the first image. I know only a few ballads, and no 2010s TV shows, but the song title and the song that the key word point out was this:

The freight train girl has either "borrowed" a helping hand (which means there's a body somewhere) prodding her to leave, or she has two left hands one of which has grabbed a suitcase and is prodding her to leave.

Here's.... a movie. You guys know I give hints sparingly (because I'm a skinflint, those things don't come cheap after all), so I give you an AI image and a web link.

The Solomon Islands campaign:

That background reading may give you the name of the ship in the movie should you need some help with that. Here's the image with the main clues.

In reality the experiments were a lot more mundane, according to a web page, experimented with a degaussing technique to try to give the ships protection against the U-boats.

Good job, I somehow think you didn't have to read through the report on the Solomon Islands campaign to get the answer.

Thanks.
I simply looked at the hull number and did a quick search with the phrase "DD-173 WW-II".
The first results were about the Spronston, which eventually had her hull-number changed.
But DE-173 fit all the facts.  🙂

Edited to add:  It didn't hurt that I had seen the Philadelphia Experiment movie and derivitive sci-fi movie or television stories about the "experiment".  🙂

Yeah, I had those two bits of crucial textual information there, the hull number, though incomplete at least it wasn't garbled much, and the date. Without those, it would have been harder to track down. I assume the DE means 'destroyer escort' because that's what the Eldridge was. The Solomon Islands campaign was part of the clues, because the ship was named after Lt. Commander John Eldridge Jr., who lead the scout bombers and was KIA.

The picture references the lyrics "Ah, but I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now." The song was posted here but I'll put in a spoiler again if you can't think of it.

I don't think that a lot of people realize just how impressive of a poet Dylan is or how much influence he has had on modern music. He is the only songwriter in history to have been awarded the Nobel Prize for literature.

Neil Young in the background another great song writer.

AI-created imagery can be pretty good but it also can be pretty weird too.

No kidding, can you or anyone else figure out what song this weird imagery is, it's AI's interpretation on selected bits of the lyrics.

The second image is my rephrasing of that content in plainer terms.

And this is just the AI's take on the song title.

No, there's a rainbow, or a bit of one anyway, on one of the images. That's a clue.

well, I see light scattering, or Rays of Light. Can't be something with Prism - too little color banding. It can't be "Rays of Light" alone, cos the images all have the solo on the mountain. And a guitar.  So "Rays of Light" and "dancing on the mountain", maybe?

and something with Night and day...

Let's keep the rainbow and the mountain.

one person on the mountain. A lonely mountain, perhaps. and a rainbow. Both in a the text of a song. Argh, brain refuses.

Don't tell this to anyone, but I suspect some people resort to magic and turn to a wizard known as Google for help. We got rainbow, sun, mountain.. and what else you can pick out from the images.
