taking one paper ship and cloning it to other nations, the Montana and numerous clones

At first I thought you were talking about something different, about actual paper ship models and not about the paper designs of WoWS ships. FYI the website

BTW, I hear the Polish company WAK (?) makes some of the best paper models ever designed. However I have never gotten one of their kits. Copy pasta of WoWS ships is common as long as WG can sell it.
