Renown 44' - West Virgina 44' - Scharnhorst 43' - Stord 43'. (Although I have to say re: Farragut 43 - isn't Monaghan an upgraded Farragut?) My upgrade is Admiral Scheer '43. Fits in at Tier VII between Graf Spee and Schill.
