I once lived in a house that had a furnace that had been converted from coal to oil to natural gas and all the infrastructure for everything, including the coal door, chute, and bin and external oil filler port and oil tank were all still there. I think it was in re-runs, at the time I was watching it, though. I watched it as a kid in the 60s. It was on NBC so it came in clearly. The kids who starred in it are in their 70s now. I used to see a lot of harbor porpoises when I was scuba diving but no bottle-nosed dolphins. They generally don't range as far north as Puget Sound, though I've heard that a few have recently shown up there. I used to see a lot of them at Port Aransas, however, when I was visiting my grandma and step-grandpa over spring break.
