thornzero Posted August 28 Share Posted August 28 @OT2_2 Yester-day I tried brawls again at Tier 1o. I ran Gearing with a 21 pointer and failed repeatedly. I ran Daring a few battles with a 17 pointer and failed some more. I only have a 1o pointer on Montana and I didn't want to play BB because that is what I focus on lately but I'm really a DD lover. Even though I perform better in BB. Well to-day I thought I would do something different and ran Shimy with a 1o pointer. I started winning more. I usually do better in a gun boat than a torp boat. But for some reason torp boating seemed to click with me to-day. I would rather win than these two losses show but they are my best ever damage in a DD of all time. I think it is that extra rack of torps that makes the difference even though I am at 49% in a Z-44 of all things. But during my trials to-day I got my Shimy to 13 points and boosted the torp reload by 13 seconds. Several times to-day I was short on seconds during reload that cost me the match. I'm stuck at bronze ranked and loose and loose although 3 times out of 5 ranking as first and 2 times second. One victory in five battles, thank you WG I'm so grateful ... I absolutely understand that people are open to conspiracy theories when looking at the MM, and what I myself are experiencing. This is getting disgusting. At the 11 minute mark, my team was down 6 ships vs. opponents down 3 ships. Total team HP for my team was 145K and for opponents team 264K. At the 9 minute mark, my team was down 7 ships vs. opponents down 4 ships. Total team HP for my team was 129K and for opponents team 235K. Basically around this time I turned my Massachusetts into the middle of the map to die while getting what damage I could muster. The opposing team had its ships in center area of map, with exception of their carrier. My division started melting our opponents ships independently. The discord channel was not used for strategizing as opponent clan division were also on the channel. The pair of us ended up with 9 of our team's 10 total kills. Abysmal "match making", botting, and everything bad one can think of. I don't get it anymore. Playing well or decently means sh#t. That's a matter of fact. Really worth breaking.
