"Derped into the enemy DD's torp spread the moment I spotted it" badly. T7 Mahan vs. T9 Paolo Emilio badly. But something truly, honestly bloody miraculous happened, and I just can't help but share it because I'm still laughing. ...wait, what? 27k damage? How's that a "best" game? Well... it's a "best" because somehow, some-frelling-how, a 16,550-HP Mahan survived not one, but two 23,767-damage Paolo Emilio torps- with 66 HP remaining after a very quick mash of the DCP. Best guess is that being bottom tier, and all of the damage was to ships 2 tiers above you. 60%damage+kill on Paolo. djc_499 Posted September 22 Share Posted September 22 Over the years of play in this game I have had several "favorite" ships as my play interest and the game evolved. First was the Hermelin, which I played as a Free to Play player for the first couple of years for a thousand battles. I then graduated to the Scharnhorst, which I endlessly played, although not too well. Then came the Massachusetts, but when the bots no longer could shoot accurately, I had to change my focus on ships. Although the Mecklenburg can be a wreaking machine now my current favorite is the Prinz Eugen as she can compensate for even my play from time to time as she did one more time this morning. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When this camo became available I worked out the statistics and calculated I would have to have at least 300 (Coop) battles to breakeven as to the added Credits and since I have nearly 700 this was also a good investment. One thing I need to keep in mind when I compare her SXP performance relative to her peers is that well over 50% of her 700 battles were conducted under the 1.5 premium multiplier versus the current 1.65 so her overall average SXP should be roughly 5% higher than the current value when compared to more recent peers.
