Where DO you aim in World of Warships?

Now... what do you mean by 'Horizon sight'?

Its a modded sight in Modstation and Aslains modpack that transforms depending on which zoom you are at so its a bit easier (at least for me whos half blind) to estimate a proper lead to different targets.
