Sure, Main battery and AA Specialist" is good but 3 points for 0,4 sec better reload?! A bit steep. Superintendent is good for one extra Funny button and one more speed boost which is Klebers bread and butter. But then you also have Demo Expert and Consumables Enhancements ...... Maybe Fearless Brawler? Fearless Brawler is pretty much a no brainer for Kléber. SI isn't worth it for the price. Same with demo expert and consumables. In retrospect putting gun feeder on a wooster is a bit redundant, but in my defense I was building this commander from having other cruiser skills on her and at the time I didn't have the commander XP to reset them. Mahan already has best-in-tier DPM, so an extra 5% makes little difference. The torpedoes are very slow so they are mostly for area denial. Stronger picks would be Radio Location to help work around the awful 6.7km detect, or SI for the extra consumables. If you are planning on keeping the captain on the Mahan, you can even go with IFHE because it lets you pen 26mm of armor (which is the default for T6-T7 BBs). 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
