Yes, tiers 1 to 4 is where I also have fun. As you say, that is the point of the game. Climbing to higher tiers may suit some, but seems to lead to frustration and angst for others. I'm not a huge fan of Anime but the ARP ships look nice, the captain isn't too squeaky, and I love Atago type ships, so this was a pleasant win. This one fell out of another random container: A Tier X Aircraft Carrier, ffs. I don't have any particular use for the Immelman, but I was quite amazed when the Container opened. First 4 free-to-play, then bought 2 years of premium time (still have 564 days left 😛 ) and buy a small amount of discount doubloons each year with my birthday coupon. You don't have to spend much (or any) to get stuff out of this game. I have welcomed the V. Cuniberti to my Port in exchange for credits. Captain selection and hull module installation to begin, soon. In addition, I have selected Italian Commander Dasha Perova (10 skill points) to be the ship's Captain. The Commander's coupon provided a 50% discount on a short list of premium ships, among which was the Tier-8 Pan Asian Destroyer, the Loyang. The Loyang was delivered by Commander Liu Wei (3 skill points). He will be sent back to Shipbuilder's City with thanks for a job well done. Commander Moona Hoshinova (10 skill points) has been selected to be the Captain of the Loyang.
